The Western Food Safety Conference at Hartnell College will be presented both in-person and via Zoom for its 17th year on May 4-5, 2022.
The two-day event will feature in-person speakers and others presenting online, with the capability for participants to attend on the Hartnell campus or view the program remotely.
The 2022 theme will be “The Culture of Food Safety,” as once again expert presenters share the latest innovations and best practices in field-to-fork safeguards for consumers.

Registration Fee: $250
Includes all course materials and a virtual exhibit hall as well as a digital workbook or hard copy.
Registration is accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis as space is limited. Registration must be accompanied by payment. A certificate of completion will be awarded at the conclusion of the conference.
