The Western Food Safety Conference is an annual two-day conference designed especially for you—our food safety industry leaders! 

The conference will provide you with current produce safety information, research, and regulatory developments in the fresh produce industry that you can apply to today’s environment. Join us and industry-leading scientists, executives, and professionals for the latest science-based industry information and networking opportunities.

The Western Food Safety Conference is committed to including people with disabilities in the event.  Online activities are designed to be accessible, meeting the requirements of the Rehabilitation Act (Section 508).  If a person with a disability requests reasonable accommodations to participate in the event, the request needs to be sent to Hartnell College Foundation.  Requests for disability accommodations received three business days in advance of the event will be given priority, although an attempt to fulfill all requests will occur.
